Eclipse Research Consultants was formed in 1984 by Ian Cooper and Sebastian Macmillan as an independent consultancy undertaking strategic and applied research into the design, construction and operation of the built environment. In 2018 the partnership was wound up amicably, but both partners can be contacted via the contact page.
